PIZZA LUNCH FORM
AIA is pleased to offer an optional Pizza Lunch on Fridays!
Deadline to submit the pizza form and payment is August 8th Thursday
- Friday Pizza Lunch includes:
- Your selection of pizza slices.
- 1 snack & 1 Fruit/veggie.
- All proceeds from our pizza lunch program help fund teacher training. Therefore, payments are non-refundable but are tax-deductible.
- Pizza orders are done for the entire school year.
- This form must be received no later than Thursday, August 8, 2024, in order to participate in AIA’s Pizza Lunch Program.
- The billing will be done on your FACTS account. If you prefer to pay by check, please select the check payment option on the pizza form and kindly drop off the check at the office by Friday, August 16th.
