Tuition Payment Options & Discounts

 All AIA families must enroll in FACTS Tuition Management and sign up for automatic payments via
credit cards or bank drafts. Late payments or early contract termination will result in loss of discount. We offer 3 payment options:

  • Payment Option 1 – Tuition paid in full in July – 5% discount given
  • Payment Option 2 – Tuition split in 2 payments – 1/2 paid in July, 1/2 paid in January – 2% discount given
  • Payment Option 3 – Tuition split in 10 monthly payments (July – April)

Sibling Discount

Families with multiple students attending AIA pay full tuition for the oldest child and then receive a 5% discount for each
additional student’s net tuition. The sibling discount is in addition to the annual or semi-annual discount received. Late payments will result in
loss of discount.

Annual Enrollment Fee

There is an annual non-refundable enrollment fee for all new and returning students.

  • Returning Students Fee: $400
  • New Student Fee: $500

Security Fee

There is an annual nonrefundable security fee per student.

  • Security Fee: $ 400 ($40 per month)

Primary Orientation Fee

Any student new to the Primary Classroom will be required to attend orientation and pay the orientation fee.
Orientation days are listed on the school calendar.

  • Orientation Fee: $125

Field Trip Fee

This helps cover the cost of the bus and entrance fees to the various venues. All students are required to pay the field trip
fee regardless of attendance.

  • K-8th: The charge per trip is $45/student. (The students will have a maximum of 4 field trips)
  • Upper Elementary overnight field trip is $280/student. (1 per year)
  • Middle School overnight trip is $400/student (1 per year)
