Public Speaking & Debate
with Ivy Bridge Academy

This engaging program helps students build confidence, clarity, and critical thinking through structured speaking and debate activities. Students learn how to organize ideas, speak persuasively, listen actively, and respond thoughtfully.

Through fun practice debates, presentations, and group discussions, children strengthen communication skills, leadership presence, and the ability to express their ideas with confidence and respect.

Yoga & Art
with Ms. Yanez

YogaArts is a playful class that blends yoga and creative exploration in a warm, nurturing setting.

Each session begins with gentle movement and breath to help children feel calm, focused, and joyful. Inspired by artists from around the world, children connect movement with imagination and emotion. Creative time follows, allowing hands-on, process-based art with freedom to explore and express—without pressure.

Brave Bodies, Calm Minds. Mindful Self-Defense After School Program
with Ms. Yanez

A confidence-building after-school program that teaches practical self-defense in a safe, respectful setting.

Students learn age-appropriate techniques inspired by Taekwondo—stances, blocking, balance, and awareness—combined with yoga-based mindfulness. The focus is on safety, boundaries, and calm responses to bullying or conflict.

Instructor: Sandra Yanez (Miss Panda), Black Belt trained at Taekwondo Generations and 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Her approach is age-appropriate, trauma-aware, and non-aggressive.
